在ADAMS - Engine有帶傳動模塊，其中的帶是用離散柔性體（Discrete Flexible Link）的方法做的。其帶的模型是由多段剛體連成，相鄰兩段剛體之間用彈性力連接。帶和帶輪的接觸就是剛體接觸?？衫肁DAMS - Engine的帶傳動模塊，自己做則麻煩些。我未用過有限元形式的柔性帶。

2，adams剛體和柔體接觸問題

好像柔體和剛體的接觸比較簡單，在adams忠實(shí)現(xiàn)柔性體和柔性體的接觸比較難，現(xiàn)在adams的2007出現(xiàn)了有可能解決這個問題

如果你不是將柔性體從有限元軟件導(dǎo)入，而是運(yùn)用adams自身的flex或者是自備的mnf文件的話，倒是可以省力不少。 adams/flex的tutorial 已經(jīng)說了很清楚的步驟了。你不妨下載一個，去搜下substitute rigid by flex,move the flex 等等關(guān)鍵詞。我現(xiàn)在簡單概括一下步驟，1，導(dǎo)入柔性體（或者運(yùn)用flex建立柔性體）；2，將柔性體移動到你需要的位置；3，建立柔性體和其它parts的constraints，并且刪除剛體。但是，如果你要自己創(chuàng)建復(fù)雜柔性體，即運(yùn)用有限元軟件的話，就不是這么三言兩語了。用ansys，hypermesh之類的有限元軟件劃分網(wǎng)格后，建立剛性區(qū)域，再用macro（宏命令）生成mnf文件，再是重復(fù)前述步驟。這些一般都屬于一篇小論文的工作量了。
